About Sendiate

Welcome to Sendiate. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our platform, including both the Sendiate mobile app and sendiate.com website (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using Sendiate, creating an account, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.
  • Use Sendiate only for lawful delivery purposes.
  • Respect couriers, senders, and the integrity of the platform.

2. Our Role

Sendiate is a marketplace platform that connects senders with independent couriers. We do not guarantee the outcome of any delivery, nor are we liable for delays, damages, or losses once a delivery is in progress.

3. Payments

All payments on the platform are securely processed through trusted third-party providers. By using Sendiate, you authorize us to process payments and applicable fees on your behalf.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or abusive activity.

5. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you in-app or via email. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

6. Additional Terms for Couriers

If you sign up as a courier or independent delivery provider on Sendiate, you agree to the following:

  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Sendiate.
  • You are responsible for:
    • Holding a valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle registration (where applicable).
    • Complying with local transportation and delivery laws.
    • Providing timely and professional service.
  • You must not misuse sender information or delivery contents.
  • Sendiate may suspend or remove your courier access due to reports of misconduct, delays, or safety issues.

Courier Payments

  • Couriers set their own pricing in the app.
  • Payouts are made to your chosen payment method after completed deliveries.
  • Sendiate may retain a small platform fee per transaction, disclosed upfront.
